Reservation Policies

Payment Policy

Reservations at Gozsdu Court ***  are paid directly to the hotel on site upon arrival. Payment is accepted in any of the following currencies: EUR, HUF, GBP, USD. Our prices are denominated in EUR and in the event of paying in any other currency the Hungarian National Bank's exchange rate is applied for the conversion.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Group Reservations

Payment Policy

Please note that for group reservations special payment policy is applicable. Reservations for over 6 person are considered group bookings and a full prepayment is requested prior to arrival. Following your reservation we shall be in contact with you to arrange the it.

Cancellation Policy

One night stays

For one night stays pecial payment policy is applicable. All one night stays are pre-charged on the day of arrival.

Other Policies

Upon arrival apartment keys are given out while a key deposit of 10 EUR is requested. Following the return of the keys this deposit is refunded.
